The Facts Are In... Chris Brown Did Assult Rihanna
Extra... Extra... Read All About It!!!! A police officer's notes more than proves that Chris Brown is guilty of beating and biting Rihanna. According to the report that was released February 6th, 2009, Rihanna's assistant received a text message from Chris Brown on February 17th apologizing for what he'd done and saying he was going to "get help." I don't know about you, but I don't make it a habit of apologizing for something that I didn't do.
Sources in the legal field are saying that Rihanna should not be with Chris Brown, and that he needs more than help, he needs to be punished.
According to the LAPD's police report Chris Brown "lost it" with Rihanna, and he became enraged and psychotic. It's pretty hard to imagine Rihanna, ducking and trying to protect her face as Chris Brown mercilessly beat her inside a car.
We were told that all of this started because Rihanna objected to Chris receiving a three page text message from a former lover. (Insider sources have told Jackin4Beats.com that Paris Hilton was the sender. However we still haven't been able to confirm the statement.)
The police notes went on to read that Chris Brown didn't like Rihanna's attitude about the matter, and tried to push her out of the car. When he failed at doing that according to Rihanna, "Chris Brown took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window, causing an approximate one inch raised circular contusion. He then started punching her with his right hand as he drove. According to police notes, "The assault caused [Rihanna's] mouth to fill with blood and splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle Chris Brown was driving."
As I mentioned in a recent interview I was going to reserve my opinion until all the facts were in. Well it would appear that the facts are in and I must say... I am extremely disappointed in Chris Brown, especially once I discovered that the assault continued, painfully, for some time until Rihanna was able to grab Chris's car keys.
Like it or not, Rihanna is a role model for young people. If she decides not to testify against Chris Brown, and put him in jail, my question is, what type of statement is this making to young women around the world. Along with fame comes a since of responsibility. No self-respecting woman, superstar or not should tolerate such treatment. If Rihanna fails to do the right thing I feel that she should also be banned by radio and television stations.
Here's my bottom line on this story... I choose to no longer support Chris Brown because I feel that - that would be sending the wrong message to my kid. I also feel that Riahanna has an extremely important decision to make in this matter. If she refuses to testify against Chris then she is setting a horrible example for young woman around the world. If that is the case I hope that she is also banned from radio stations and that parents stop their young children from listening to her music. - 2361
