Average cooking time is an hour and 10 minutes per pound, or somewhere between 8-10 hours. When the pork butt is fork tender it is done. Important Notes for your Camera

Try to experiment with different exposure levels. Just like film cameras, digital cameras work best in sunlight. When you take photos indoors, or in dim light, things get much trickier. So take some time and experiment with different exposure levels.

One thing you can do is try to shoot your subject from different angles, using a variety of different lighting. If your camera allows you to do so, try turning your flash off. If your camera allows what is called "fill flash," I recommend you try that as well. You will find that every once in a while a flawlessly exposed picture is made even better using fill flash. Also, from time to time turning off the flash and leaving the subject somewhat underexposed can add drama to the shot.

One thing you should do on regular basis, if you are looking for the perfect shot, is take the same picture three different ways, with three different exposure options; you are guaranteed to get three radically different pictures -- and all of them will look good. But you must experiment.

If at all possible, bracket your shots, with one shot slightly underexposed, one slightly overexposed, and one "just right." Some digital cameras will do this automatically, but even then you need to practice. If you are expecting the camera to shoot one frame and it shoots three, there is an excellent chance the last two will look like they were taken by a very surprised photographer.

Special features Many digital cameras have some interesting in-camera special features. Some will allow you to take short QuickTime clips, some will allow you to record sound annotations, and some will allow you to experiment with special effects, such as shooting black and white or sepia-tone images. Ignore the special features until you learn the basics.

Keep in mind that some of these special features can be accomplished with photo editing software, such as black and white or sepia-toned images. Simply open a normal color image in Photoshop and, in a few minutes, you can have perfect black and white or sepia-toned photos. Basically, if you can easily accomplish it in Photoshop, you might be better off concentrating on taking a good color photo, and worrying about special effects later.

On the other hand, you should try out other special effects. For example, if you pan your camera to track a car moving at high speed, the car will be in sharp focus but the background will be blurred, making an interesting picture. Or you can do the opposite: focus on a particular stationary object -- a child flying a kite, a freshly-painted fire hydrant -- and allow a speeding car to enter the frame. You'll then have a sharply focused center of attention with the added benefit of motion.

Silhouettes are another nice special effect. Try taking a photo with your subject in shadow, eclipsing a brightly-exposed object in the background. The reverse -- a brightly exposed subject against a dark background -- can be just as interesting. Trying to get a good silhouette with film is expensive: you shoot a lot of frames with little or no reward. With a digital camera, however, the only cost is your time and patience, and your patience will be rewarded. - 2361

BOLT: Bolt: This movie is a fun animation. Bolt, is a dog who is an actor, who plays the role of a dog that has superpowers. His problem is that he really thinks he has these powers. When, by chance, he is put into a real life situation, he realizes that he is only a normal dog. Needing to find his way home, he is helped by a cat named Mittens, and an overweight hampster named Rhino.

THE CHRONICALS OF NARNIA, PRINCE CASPIAN: It's only about one down the road in their normal lives when, the four saviors of Narnia, Lucy, Susan, Peter, and Edmund magically reappear in Narnia. Running for his life, Prince Caspian has blown the magin horn, praying that he will be saved. 100's of years have passed since they left Narnia, but they now return to battle for the freedom of Narnia once again. With the help of the the bravest in the forrest, including, a dwarf, the centaurs, and a very skilled mouse, they will fight for the future of Narnia.

WANTED: A young, bored, office worker named Wesley discovers that his father, who he never really knew, is a contract killer. His father has been murdered, now Wesley is asked to join into the secret society of killers that his father was a part of. He is transformed from a nobody office worker into the asassin that is in his blood. From there, things get complicated, and many twist and turns follow. Enjoy the ride.

THE DARK KNIGHT: Batman, and Lt. Gordon and D.A. Harvey Dent, have been taking down the criminal elements of the city. TWENTY ONE: This movie tells the actual tale of M.I.T. wiz kids who built a winning formula to beat blackjack. These wiz kids learned to beat the game, and then performed an assault on the casinos. To beat the games in Vegas, where players can be banned for winning with card counting skills, they had to change casinos often, and disguise themselves, so the wouldn't get caught. This movie is based on the best selling book that tells how the M.I.T. teams made millions playing blackjack.

10,000 B.C.: This film sends us back 1,000's of years. When a warlike tribe attack the Yaghai's, they capture, among others, Evolet. A young hunter named D'Leh, who is in love with her, organizes a band of hunters to chase down these warmongers, and rescue Evolet and the others.

WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS: Wild and crazy nights in Las Vegas are normal. Young partiers Joy and Jack get up the next day and find out that they are married. After winning a huge jackpot, each thinks they deserve the prize, so they try to settle it in court. The strange ruling is that they must stay together for six months, and give their marriage a chance. With $3 million on the line, they each try to get the other to give up, as both desire to get the money for themselves.

WALL-E: This film is an animation comedy. Mankind has left Earth, since it had become a pile of rubbish. Wall-E, a trash collecting robot, is assigned to clean up the planet. When Eve, another robot, arrives looking to see if the planet can sustain any life, Walle-E has a friend. Eventually, when Eve is recovered by the craft that sent her, Wall-E stows away, and thus starts the adventure of his robot life.

Blu-ray is currently the primary high definition optical disc, and no other competitors are on the market. It was not always like this, however. Before Blu-ray became the official medium, there was a competitor that competed for the same position.

HD DVD was a disc format developed by Toshiba. It competed with Sony from about 2002 to 2008. For a long time, it was uncertain about which format would win.

Before Blu-ray became the only option, an even number of distributors supported both format options. For years, it was essentially a 50/50 split of the market.

The two format types are more similar than different. They both use 405nm blue-violet laser, which enables large amounts of data to be stored. Blu-ray discs have a higher numerical aperture, so they can emit light over more angles and thus have a greater memory capacity.

Another advantage Blu-ray possesses is speed. Blu-ray discs have a bit rate over 30% faster than HD DVDs.

Blu-ray's characteristics are certainly superior to HD DVD, and that combined with another fact assured its victory. Near the end of the format war, Warner Bros. selected Blu-ray as its medium of distributing high definition discs. Subsequently, additional producers caught on and before long HD DVD was left with a minimal amount of titles.
