How Can I Learn Precognition?

By Crysall Symes

The ability to tell the future is something that sounds like something from a science fiction or fantasy novel, but the truth of the matter is that it is something that people experience on a regular basis. Far from being something that is so out of the world that it is only mentioned in fiction, the concept of precognition is actually something that can go a long way towards helping you figure out exactly what is going on in your head and in the world around you.

Thinking about precognition and how it relates to you and your past and future requires that you keep a few things in the front of your mind.

You should first think about what precognition really is. To be very simple, it is a way that someone can see into the future. It sounds mystical but it really is not at all. There are certain tools to help you gain a higher level of concentration like gazing into a crystal or a still pool of water, maybe even a mirror. Precognition is effective because you are putting in energy from yourself.

Remember that precognition is the ability to sense events before they happen; this is different from deja vu, which is a feeling that you have been there before. Take a moment to think about how these two concepts are different from each other.

You should begin your experience in learning precognition by remembering back to when you have had experiences like this in the past. You almost surely have had experiences in your past that could have been a precognitive event, even if you did not know it at the time. Think about if someone has come to your mind when you haven't talked to them in a very long time, maybe even years. Have you suddenly been thinking about them and then you receive a phone call from them or a maybe even a letter in the mail?

When you talk about it, you'll discover that there are many people who have had this experience. Far from being coincidence, what you are looking at is the bare basic level of precognition that so many people have.

You cannot use the power of precognition to gain you millions by getting the winning lottery numbers in advance. Mostly you will only learn much more about what is happening in the world that you are living in.

While some people believe that their precognitive senses have told them that they should not take a flight or that they should stay home from work on a certain day, it is more likely that the precognition has guided them to do or go somewhere that they normally would not. As an example, you will find that the world is more familiar to you and that you can recognize the patterns that happen in life and how things all work together.

As you begin your path to learning precognition you should first think carefully about when and where you have been most receptive to the precognitive senses. It is possible that you experience these things more when you are on the way to a good night of sleep. There are some that believe that these are simply dreams but as you are drifting into an unconscious state your mind will be more open than it has been in the past.

Your subconscious brain is allowed to open up and come to the front so that you can really see what is happening. There are those that believe that precognitive dreaming happens to people but they tend to get forgotten as soon as the person wakes from their sleep. It may be a better idea to concentrate your thoughts on things that are easier to remember.

If you get a precognitive feeling, write it down. Note the time and place that it happened and what you were doing at that point. This is something that can make a lot of difference to how you choose to move forward with learning precognition; learn more about yourself and what you can do to get the results that you need.

There are many people that begin to learn precognition and if it really intrigues them they have many different resources to turn to. - 2361
